I thought that if you get to naturally and comfortably slip from one job to the next, the difference won't be so obvious; a job's a job, right? You go to work, you get paid. But it's not so simple or objective, is it? Everything's subjective, everything's more complex... I feel like i've downfell somehow. I feel like all my potential is going to waste. I don't like what i do not because it's new, not because it's necessarily boring, but because it's not what i did. I don't like the people there. Not because they're not nice, not because they're cold, but just for the fact that they can not compensate for the ones i've left behind. The place is cheaper, rudimentary, the whole work flows and system are rudimentary. I feel like i've been exploring only 10 percent of our Universe just to get dragged back on a filthy used-to-be-blue planet.
But hey, i' so much better paid.............
I thought that if you get to naturally and comfortably slip from one relationship to another, you won't notice all your memories crumble to the ground, dying one by one, leaving you emptied and dry and bitter. You fuck one guy, you've fucked them all, right? But love's not so simple and objective, is it? All i know now is that there used to be a time when I made love, when someone used to love me more than words or life itself, and in return, i fell in love with being in love.
But hey, 'least this guy can conceive a baby with me.............
What if you naturally and comfortably slip from one life to another through death? Would that make it simple and objective? Yes. It would. It so would. But not for them. They'll have to learn to live with that subjective pain, in that emtied shell of their being, while my body would rot in a coffin somewhere.
But hey, if i die how many people would actually notice............
So no... new jobs can't make up for old ones, new boyfriends can't make up for loved ones and new chapters can definetly not make up for old ones. You lose some, you learn some. And then you lose some more. Ain't it a bitch we get to be scholar life geniuses just before we die?
To what I've lost, i can only regretfully say:
Thank you for teaching me the meaning...
To what i've yet to gain:
What's the bloody use, mate?!!!
